Create dynamic worlds for your characters combining analog and digital media. Articulate your concepts, ideas and designs. Become familiar with the different opportunities and markets for your illustration. Prerequisite: Some drawing or painting experience; basic computer illustration skills.
Instructor: Ryan Alexander-Tanner
Ryan Alexander-Tanner is a Xeric Award winning cartoonist and illustrator. He was the co-author and illustrator of To Teach: the Journey, in Comics for Columbia University’s Teacher’s College Press and is the in-house illustrator for Dave’s Killer Bread. Alexander-Tanner holds a BFA in Intermedia Arts from PNCA.
